The cost of your virtual tour is $0 if your listing does not sell. If and only if your listing sells you agree to pay Realty Hi Lite. Our concept is simple -
YOU do not get paid if your listing does not sell.
Realty Hi Lite will agree to the same terms, eliminating the risk of spending money on a listing for ZERO return!
Due to the anticipated demand for this offer, Realty Hi Lite may take up to 48 hours to return your email inquiry. Please see below for complete terms and conditions and contact information.
The upfront cost of photographing and processing the tour and posting the tour to MLSPIN is $0. If you have a Showcase Package with Realtor.com, the tour will also be posted to Realtor.com. If you would like the tour posted to Realtor.com and do not have a Showcase Package, Realty Hi Lite will provide this service for the $20 fee imposed by Realtor.com. The tour url (web address) will also be provided for your use in marketing material.
Once your listing sells, you will be billed $150 for your virtual tour. All payments are due within 15 days of invoice.
This offer is available for tours in the following towns: Abington, Bridgewater, Duxbury, East Bridgewater, Halifax, Hanover, Hanson, Hingham, Marshfield, Norwell, Pembroke, Rockland, Weymouth, West Bridgewater, Whitman. Tours beyond these towns will be considered for an upfront travel fee.
